INSTALLATION and TRAINING

Our experienced tech team members passed a rigorous training process facilitated by our French parter, ACTIA. They will be overseeing the full equipment installation process from beginning to end, ensuring a smooth and timely delivery all the while managing quality control. During this period, they will also be training your technicians to equip them with skills in machine operation, care, and maintenance.

REPAIR, Calibration, AND MAINTENANCE

When it comes to vehicle testing, accurate measurements are a matter of life or death. Inaccurate results could damage the integrity of your center and pose a threat to public safety. We’ve partnered with a proven, accredited, and authorized technical local partner— VIMS — to make sure that your machines continue to meet industry standards and government regulations. VIMS’ certified technicians have the capability to conduct their repair, routine calibration, and maintenance services on-site, while adhering to stringent quality procedures.

DEDICATED SUPPORT TEAM

We understand that the rapid resolution of an issue makes all the difference in a high-volume environment. This is why we offer all of our customers a direct line to a dedicated support team that’s trained to respond within 5 minutes. Our Quick Response System is not only designed to efficiently manage open support requests, but also to look through resolved cases for recurring issues and preventable problems. This means that your facility will benefit and learn from the OEM community’s combined experiences.

MANAGEMENT PORTAL

We created an easy-to-use platform that allows you to analyze your production KPI’s for modern management process. Through the management dashboard, you’ll have an idea of what your operations look like on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis. That way, you’ll be able to compare production volume from multiple periods, see if you are maximizing your center’s operational capacity, and discover actionable insights.

REAL-TIME PMVIC-DOTR/LTO INTERCONNECTIVITY

As mandated by the DOTr, PMVIC’s are required to upload inspection data to the Land Transportation Management System (LTMS) throughout the process, in real-time. Aside from making sure that a center is able to upload, validate, and authenticate inspection data in real-time, we also offer online motor vehicle verification and daily monitoring support.
